


Saddle Fit Personal Training - Youth
In these one-on-one personal training sessions, I focus on strengthening the individual riders’ weaknesses through body weight movements, yoga practice, flexibility and strength training when appropriate. I supply all the equipment necessary for each session. Sessions run between 30-40 minutes including warmups and recovery time.
