Private Training

In my one-on-one trainings, each new client undergoes a fitness assessment during their first session. Assessment exercises and movements are based on my evaluation from your health and fitness questionnaire completed prior to beginning. Private Training is also the option for clients seeking Yoga specific training.

  • Appointments are scheduled between client and myself

  • During the first session we discuss client goals, deadlines if applicable, schedule limitations and answer questions or concerns

  • All training sessions are created for YOU

  • Depending upon specific goals, I believe in training clients with a straighten then strengthen mindset. If your posture, range of motion and/or flexibility need attention we address those first then progress to your specified goals (strength, endurance, weight-loss, etc.)

  • Gym studio is part of my home - Ballston Lake, NY (full address given upon completion of purchase and appropriate forms)
