Small Group Training Sessions
In my small group trainings, each client undergoes a fitness assessment during the first session. Assessment exercises and movements are based on my evaluation from your health and fitness questionnaire completed prior to beginning.
Appointments are scheduled between clients and myself
No more than 4 members in a group session and no less than 2
During the first session we discuss goals of the group, deadlines if applicable, schedule limitations and answer questions or concerns
Depending upon specific goals, I believe in training clients with a straighten then strengthen mindset. If your posture, range of motion and/or flexibility need attention we address those first then progress to your specified goals (strength, endurance, weight-loss, etc.)
Gym studio is part of my home - Ballston Lake, NY (full address given upon completion of purchase and appropriate forms)
